Heißes Apple Crumble mit Vanilleeis
Mit diesem Rezept bin ich praktisch groß geworden. Meine Mama hatte es immer für meine Schwester und mich gemacht, wenn wir Lust auf etwas Süßes hatten, und nun, da ich ausgezogen bin, ist es an mir, es selbst zu machen. Und da jeder Koch seine eigene Handschrift hat, habe auch ich dem Rezept meine eigene Note gegeben. So habe ich noch Rum-Rosinen und geröstete Nüsse hinzugefügt, was dem Ganzen einen ganz besonderen Touch verleiht.
Mein Tipp ist, probiert dieses Rezept aus, solange es draußen noch so herrlich winterlich kalt ist. Serviert das frisch gebackene Apple Crumble in einer kleinen Schale mit einer Kugel Vanilleeis (meiner Meinung nach, ist das Vanilleeis von Häagen Dazs das Beste, da es am authentischsten nach Vanille schmeckt) und setzt euch damit, in eine Decke eingekuschelt, auf das Sofa. Good morning everyone!
As I thought about what I should make myself for breakfast this morning, I felt like a nice sweet treat before starting work.
A few days ago I came across a recipe where they used frozen banana to lose up the banana mash. So I thought I would give it a try. But because of the fact that I didn’t have any frozen banana but a fresh one I had to cheat a bit.
And what came out was so delicious I had to share it with you.
This fruit mash is a combination of smooth, cold, warm, soft, sweet, exotic and light, what makes it a perfect breakfast to kick off the day.
It is really easy to make and it only takes you a few minutes of preparation.
A plus point for all vegan friends is that you only use fresh fruit, chia seeds and cinnamon, so no milk nor sugar.
